What are the discounts? We are a large family
We have discounts for children, large families, pensioners and students. You can see the price of a discounted ticket in the price list of each excursion on the site or in the flyer (second price). If you book a tour by phone or in the office, be sure to tell you about your discount category BEFORE paying for a ticket and let you have a certificate confirming the benefit. Sometimes we ourselves are forced to check with you if you have any discount categories - solely because we do not want you to miss the opportunity to take a ticket at a better price (and not because we hint at your age!: -))
Where do excursions start?
We have three departure points, you can choose the one that is closer to you: Pushkin St., 4 (Tatarstan Hotel, next to Pl.Tukaya St., Bauman St.), F. Mirkhana St., 1A (Riviera Hotel, nearby Millennium Bridge, Ferris Wheel) and 7 B. Shakhidi St. (Modern culture center "Smena, nearby Railway station Kazan Pass, Kremlin). Walking tours begin only on the street. Pushkin, 4, because the route runs along the central historical part of the city.
Where does the tour end?
All our bus excursions, except Observation, end in the same place where they begin, at three points (Pushkin St., 4 (Tatarstan Hotel), F. Amirkhan St., 1A (Riviera Hotel) and B. Shahidi St., 7 (CSK "Smena"). The sightseeing tour ends at the Kazan Kremlin. Our managers will advise you on a convenient starting and ending point for the excursion.
Will we be fed during the excursion?
On long out-of-town excursions that last 8 hours or more, we are pleased to offer set lunches for an additional fee. City excursions are not that long, so you can have lunch after the program, choosing a cafe to suit your taste.
Will it be possible to take the front seats on the bus?
In general, we do not reserve specific seats on the bus (all tourist class buses have good visibility), but if you have any special requests related to your health, please let us know and we will try to accommodate them.
How to find a bus?
The excursion center cares about your time and relaxation, so we invite you to the group meeting point (you don’t have to look for a bus yourself). The manager will meet you, hand out radio equipment, introduce you to the tour guide and guide you to board the desired bus. Often the bus arrives when the manager calls, so we recommend waiting until the manager invites you to board.
What is a radio guide/radio equipment? Will we have an audio tour?
Radio equipment is a special pocket device for better audibility of the guide at the bus exits. You will have a small sensor and earpiece, and the guide will have a sensor and microphone. When the guide connects a microphone and sensor, the sound and voice of the guide is broadcast to the guests. You will be able to move away from the guide, take photographs freely and hear his story.
We don’t want to travel on a big bus, we have small children, what should we do, is it possible to take an individual excursion?
Yes, sure. You can contact us in any way convenient for you and order an individual excursion. It will start and end in a place and time convenient for you. The guide and transport will work only for you.
